Not Exactly Intuitive

I started using this app but quickly hit a wall when trying to add a second office visit. Creating one - no problem. But no ability to add more than one is apparent, all I can do is edit the one I have.

Not very intuitive and not at useful. Sorry I paid for this but will uninstall and find something else.
