So Disappointed
I have used this app for many years and I loved it. I had all my medical records going back to 2005 entered in to it. Then when the last IOS update came out it completely stopped working and all my records disappeared. I have emailed their customer service many times since then and have gotten no response.
The records were still on an old Ipad I had that did not get the IOS update.
Out of desperation I purchased this app again today. I followed the instructions to transfer my records from my old Ipad to my new Ipad with the newly purchased app. Not only did the records not transfer to the new app but it also wiped out the records and froze the program on the the old Ipad.
Two weeks ago I would have given this app 5 stars. Now I have to re imput hundreds of lab tests, office visits, and medicatins.
