Good but not yet great

I am using this app to keep track of a parents info and wish there were some very important options to record hospice and inhome care info as well as the ability to set alarms for appointments.

The ability to add self titled sections to the main menu would be very useful as would the ability to add notes for everything.

The app currently does not allow you to dial a phone number from the app despite the broken option to do so. That error is very frustrating.
