cannot sync to iCloud

the app on the iPhone cannot sync (sync freeze on screen) to the iCoud file, even it the iCloud can sync OK between 2 iPad no problem and from the iPhone, I can see my iCloud content, including the My Medical file. Have also re install app with same result.
If fixed, it would be perfect. Thanks to fix the issue.
