Customer Support was Excellent

I have this app on my iPhone and my iPad. A problem occurred that was started by a DropBox crash. In the end it looked like I would lose years of entries, but customer support devised a very detailed procedure for me to recover my data.

I use this app to follow myself, my wife and each of our pets. It works very well for us.
