Wow this just might be the most pitiful company, and customer service I have ever run up against!
Especially considering whats at stake (ones health).
This was the first sort of expensive premium app i ever purchased.
I purchased two; one for my mac, one for my iPhone,
with the simple idea that they would communicate with each other.
i needed to go see my cardiologist this Monday morning armed with the proper information.
I spent weeks and weeks collecting all my health data I needed to have prepared for him.
I had an issue with the syncing; Im using dropbox but the units werent speak to each other.
I wrote to support asking for some advice on how to get the two apps to communicate; no response,
wait a couple days, ask again, nothing.
its been 10 days now, and all i receive from them is the "acknowledgment of your email" response.
for those of you who are syncing properly, it appears to be a useful app,
but if you have even a small hiccup, consider this fair warning.
