My Medical App Reviews

i use this app to keep track of all appointments, medications, test results, medical letters and documents for several family members. When I am out of town I am able to email all of the information for each individual to an alternate caregiver or medical professionla in seconds right from my iphone. I use time in waiting rooms to update and have photographed test results and attached them as well. Easy to retrieve test info while at doctors office and ask relevant questions.I would recommend that to anyone looking after a family member or self and having to keep track of multiple pieces of medical information.

Just downloaded this app - after trying different ways w calendars, memos Evernote notes to keep track of my medical history and that of my 90 yr old Mum. So far impressed w the ease of data entry and accessibility. As I said, this is just what I needed.

I am a user of both iPhone and iPad versions. I fully recommend it. Extremely easy and intuitive to use. The more you add to the application the better. Yes it takes along time to add at first but to maintain its quick. It allows you to track when prescriptions are due ( you can set how early to remind you ) and can add appointments and medication reminders to your calendar. Doctors are always impressed when I can tell them absolutely anything they need to know. One thing I would like to see: Ability to automatically share data. For example anything that mom adds to a child is added to dads database.

Congratulations on writing an app that treats me as an Adult It is exactly what I have been looking for. I now have my records with me instead of in my cabinet,the ability to enter,edit ,delete , without some cartoon character trying to help is wonderful. Thanks .PW

I started using this app but quickly hit a wall when trying to add a second office visit. Creating one - no problem. But no ability to add more than one is apparent, all I can do is edit the one I have. Not very intuitive and not at useful. Sorry I paid for this but will uninstall and find something else.

I love this app. I just discovered that I can update the records using an online secure form and merge the record into the main database. Wow! Ive tried them all and this is the best. This one is the most complete and effective for my needs, - i.e. having a record of all medical data related to me and my family. A question I had was met with a quick response from the folks in support. I recommend this highly.

I like this app, however it keeps on crashing when I try to import an emergency contact. Keeps all my medical information nicely organized in one place.

It seems that the developers of this and the Mac app are MIA as they no longer respond to any support requests. This was a great app while it lasted.

Add iCloud sync and ability to edit structure of all records ( like test results). In office visits Id like to see doctors type, not only name.

I used this app faithfully for a year and really liked it, but when I tried to access it recently, all of my data was lost. I tried contacting the developer weeks ago but have yet to receive a response. This is extremely frustrating, especially from an app I paid for.

I had this loaded up w/ tons of data and now its all gone. (With one of the updates.) What good is the ability to transfer your data if its all deleted?

This is a Great app. I have contacted Steve, the seller and I received a response in less than 24 hours. Now that is Great support !! I have had several doctors comment on this app saying " Thats a Cool App" and they love the print out of all my medical history. With all the updates this app just keeps getting better and better. You cant beat the price of this app either. Update: 08/18/2016 I have email the developer twice in the last week. I think this app has been ABANDONED by the developer.. Its such a shame.. Apple should do something about this, you pay for an app and then the developer either abandoned it or fines a new way to get more money out of you.. I dont mind paying for good apps, but ......getting rip off is a b......

I had no issues with either the Mac App or iOS app until early this year when i was no longer able to log in. Ive contacted the developer via email and today via Twitter and have had no response. I think apple needs to look at removing this app from the library. There have not been any updates to the app since 2014.

Im a Medical Technologist, and I support this app simply because its easy to follow your progress based on the way you can put in your lab results as they come. We dont always go to the same laboratory all the time, and although there are other platforms to keep track of your records, this app allows you to DIY without the need to be attached to a specific provider. Yes in the begging and as you add more tests might be a little time consuming, its totally worth it! I recommend this app to anyone who wants to really take care of their health and be in control of the information.

Have been using this app for about one year and love it. I have tried 3 other apps including the native Apple app and all were either to complicated and/or configured to rigidly to an idea like food, exercise, or medicines. It did take me a bit to key in 5 years worth of blood pressure, weight, glucose, A1C and LDL, etc but it was worth it as I now just enter my latest numbers and can instantly see a trend. Entering all my prescriptions make it a breeze to show each time a different doctor asks. The fact that I am actively using it 12 months later is a big endorsement. Thanks for making a simple yet flexible app!

This is the app I use every time I visit the doctor. I record test, meds, procedures, images of pill bottles, images of EKG print outs, and my complete history as far back as I can remember. This is even more complete the forms the doctors provide.

Please pay attention to this review. Medical records are too important to trust to irresponsible companies. The app, which worked for months, now freezes every time I try to open it. I have emailed support - nothing. Not even one of those sad emails acknowledging they will get back to me.

I have used this app for many years and I loved it. I had all my medical records going back to 2005 entered in to it. Then when the last IOS update came out it completely stopped working and all my records disappeared. I have emailed their customer service many times since then and have gotten no response. The records were still on an old Ipad I had that did not get the IOS update. Out of desperation I purchased this app again today. I followed the instructions to transfer my records from my old Ipad to my new Ipad with the newly purchased app. Not only did the records not transfer to the new app but it also wiped out the records and froze the program on the the old Ipad. Two weeks ago I would have given this app 5 stars. Now I have to re imput hundreds of lab tests, office visits, and medicatins.

I lost two years of data and I got no replies to my two request for help. My advice is DO NOT BUY THIS APP or anything else that Hyrax sells.
